    A production enterprise mainly rolls alloy steel coils, spring steel coils instead of ordinary carbon steel coils, so the impact load is large.  3. Analysis and judgment
    1. Compared with the data in the same period, user output increased by 40,000 tons. Carburized steel bearings use 47 sets less than high-carbon chromium bearing steel products, saving hundreds of thousands of yuan.
    2. The main problem of the two high-carbon chromium bearing steel products is the outer ring fragmentation, accounting for nearly 50%, and the main problem of the carburized steel bearing is the roller fragmentation, indicating that the problem is the same under the same impact conditions nature has undergone a fundamental transformation.
    3. Crack on the outer ring of bainite technology products is similar to the number of cracks on the outer ring of martensite technology products.
    4. The outer ring of carburized steel bearing cracks accounts for only 4.6%, and the use of 10 times or more accounts for 53%, which fully shows its durability.
